The Centre for Family Development (CFD) is a global organisation helping families to realise
their destiny and reach their full potential. Most families have not been intentional in
developing or setting the vision and goals for their families.
The biggest stumbling block is finding time to gather together and setting developmental
goals for families. Most people are good at developing companies and/or organisations but
have not stopped to think that their families need exactly the same amount of focus and
time to be structured for success.
For most of us who drive, it is mandatory to send in the car for service, have you stopped to
think how often people service their families or their marriages?
CFD is an organization dedicated to helping families to develop and reach their full
potential.
CFD’s mission is to educate, develop, inspire and transform families from all over the world to be successful and create intergenerational wealth.
- Solve the increasingly widespread phenomenon of relationship breakdown manifesting in self perpetuating problems of divorce, physical and mental health issues related to stress, loneliness and addiction to name a few.
- Promote the notion that personal growth is not an admission of weakness or failure but rather a key to healthy living on the same level as exercise and diet.
- Empower people by offering new strategies to engage and connect with others, in ways that reveal the best of who they are in order to identify, attach to and retain the ideal life spouse and to create wholesome families
- Create awareness of the obstacles experienced in the family sphere and offer strategies to overcome those obstacles
- Inspire people to live more enlightened and fulfilled personal and family lives
- Assist them to discover their innate capacity for awareness, presence, and creating meaningful rich relationships with others.
- Empower families to build, reconstruct and maintain sound relationships within the family.

The Centre runs virtual and face-to-face courses that equip families with knowledge and skills to develop their families and run them successfully.
FAMILY EDEN EXPERIENCES
Family Eden Experiences use leisure as a platform to experience family encounters. The variety of encounter programmes that they offer depend on the needs of a given family.
RECONSTRUCTING FAMILY FOUNDATION
The Family Reconstruction Foundation is a non-profit organisation that focuses on community development by helping to rebuild the broken structures and functionality of the family unit.

Dr Rose Zunga is the founder of CFD
Rose is a passionate and purpose driven family strategist. Rose helps families to take charge of their life, activate their Godgiven talents and gifts thereby enabling them to develop family empires which are intergenerational. Rose is passionate about seeing families grow intergenerational wealth. Rose is a mother, a wife, a business woman, a family therapist and family strategist who holds, among other qualifications a PHD in Business Management : Family Entrepreneurship.
